Description of the neighborhood :
We are in Carabayllo, within the Tungasuca urbanization (quiet neighborhood) being an ideal place to rest.
near shops, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc.
The shops in the neighborhood are very varied, there are restaurants that sell the menu for $5 dollars, banks, supermarkets, nearby means of transportation, laundries, hardware stores, bakeries, etc.
I recommend in summer to attend the SWIMMING POOLS that are in the CLOSE RECREATIONS such as EL REMANSO. EL PARAÍSO that are located a 10-minute walk away
If you love sports there is a gym near the building at a reasonable price.
One of the highlights of the building is that it is two blocks from Avenida TRAPICHE and CHIMPU OCLLO, where many transportation lines stop that take you anywhere in Lima.
On the other hand , we are very close to the CHIMPU OCLLO Metropolitan station, from where you can take the Expresses that take you directly to Miraflores without stops, and you can return the same way.
How to get around the area:
In the area there are supermarkets, ATMs, we are 7 minutes from the Metropolitan Terminal that takes you directly to the center of Lima.

From Jr. de la UNIÓN station Take the Metropolitano in the direction of NARANJAL and get off to take the feeder in the direction of CARABAYLLO and get off at the last stop from where you can contact us to pick you up or take a mototaxi.

Arrival method:
If you get off at the Qatuna Market, you must cross in front and enter through the gate until you reach the Tungasuca Model market and at the end of the market turn right and you will see the Yellow Building.
If you are coming from the Panamericana Norte via Trapiche Avenue , get off at the next Pinturas ANYPSA stop, (Paradero BEYCAN), without crossing the track you enter through the gate to the Mercado Modelo Tungasuca and in front of it is the TUNGASUCA BUILDING, mango and lucuma colored
