We are close to the Chimpu Ocllo Metropolitan Station (It is an exclusive road that connects 12 districts in the city of Lima, from the Comas district - North zone to the Chorrillos district - South zone.)

Description of the neighborhood:
We are in Carabayllo, within the Tungasuca urbanization (quiet neighborhood) being an ideal place to rest.
Close to shops, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc.
The shops in the neighborhood are very varied, there are restaurants that sell the menu for $5 dollars, banks, supermarkets, nearby means of transportation, laundries, hardware stores, bakeries, etc.
I recommend in summer to attend the SWIMMING POOLS that are in the NEARBY RECREATIONS such as EL REMANSO. THE PARADISE that are located 10 minutes walk
If you love sports there is a gym near the building at a reasonable price.
One of the highlights of the building is that it is two blocks from Avenida TRAPICHE and CHIMPU OCLLO, where many bus lines stop and transportation that takes you to any part of Lima.
On the other hand, we are very close to the CHIMPU OCLLO station of the Metropolitan, from where you can take the Expresses that take you directly to Miraflores without stops, and you can return in the same way.
How to get around the area:
In the area there are supermarkets, ATMs, we are 7 minutes from the Metropolitan Terminal that takes you directly to the center of Lima.

If you get off at the Qatuna Market, you must cross in front and enter through the gate until you reach the Tungasuca Model market and at the end of the market turn right and you will see the Yellow Building.
If you are coming from the Panamericana Norte via Avenida Trapiche, get off at the next Pinturas ANYPSA stop, (Whereabouts BEYCAN), without crossing the track you enter through the gate to the Tungasuca Model Market and in front of it is the TUNGASUCA BUILDING, mango colored and lucuma
